From my earliest memories, I was enchanted by sweet treats. Wandering through local bakeries as a child, or discovering charming patisseries while traveling through Europe, I was captivated not just by the flavors, but by the joy desserts could bring. At gatherings, I noticed how a well-crafted dessert could bring a room together—the sweet ending that makes everyone smile, relax, and savor the moment. That simple magic sparked a lifelong love of creating moments through desserts.
Over the years, life’s path shifted, but my passion remained. I realized it wasn’t just the desserts themselves that thrilled me—it was the art of hosting, curating an experience from start to finish. From selecting the perfect napkins and plates to pairing desserts with the ideal drinks, every detail became part of a living, joyful tableau. Growing up surrounded by family bakers, I learned the magic of classic desserts—the perfect sweet potato pie, pineapple upside-down cake, or lemon meringue tart.
